What information DailySay collects for the newsletter, free resources, ebook sales and site analytics, why, and how it is handled.
DailySay (dailysay.me, run by Jayden) collects only what it needs and uses it only for the purpose it was collected for. This page explains what happens to your information when you subscribe to the newsletter, request a free resource, buy an ebook or simply visit.

1. Newsletter
- Information: email address, chosen language (Korean, English, Spanish, Japanese), where you signed up, time of sign-up.
- Purpose: sending the newsletter and a first welcome email. A language tag makes sure you get emails in your language.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe. If you ask for deletion after unsubscribing, it is deleted without delay.
- Unsubscribe: every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that stops emails immediately.
- Legal basis (EU/UK readers): your consent.
2. Free resource requests
Free resources such as the PMP error-log template are delivered by email.
- Information: email address, the resource and file language, the consent box you ticked.
- Purpose: emailing a download link (links expire after a set period) and, if you agreed, the newsletter.
- Retention and unsubscribe: same as the newsletter. Legal basis: your consent.
3. Ebook purchases (Jayden's PMP Kit and others)
Payments happen on Gumroad (gumroad.com). Card numbers and PayPal details are processed by Gumroad; DailySay never receives or stores them.
- What the seller receives from Gumroad: buyer name, email address, product and amount, purchase date and country.
- Purpose: delivering your files, answering download or refund questions, and tax and accounting.
- Retention: for the periods required by law for transaction and accounting records.
- Marketing: buying does not automatically sign you up for the newsletter.
- Legal basis (EU/UK readers): performing the purchase contract and legal obligations.
- See Gumroad's privacy policy for how Gumroad handles your data.
4. Analytics and cookies
- Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics show which posts are read. They collect pages visited, referrers, device and browser type and approximate location, and may use cookies or similar technologies.
- Purchase-flow analytics: the same Google Analytics property records whether a product box on the blog was seen, whether the buy button was clicked, and product views, checkout starts and purchases on Gumroad's pages. Purchase amounts and order numbers are included; card details are not. Gumroad links carry UTM tags showing which post a visit came from.
- Post view counts only count views per post. Who read a post is not stored.
- Values stored by the site in your own browser: language choice (the
NEXT_LOCALEcookie), theme and conveniences such as bookmarks. - How to refuse: block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect reading.
5. Service providers and international transfers
The site uses the services below. Most store data on servers outside your country (mainly in the United States), and each processes information only as needed for the purposes above.
| Service | What it does | Information |

| Gumroad | Ebook checkout and file delivery | Buyer and payment information |
| Google Analytics | Visit statistics | Cookie-based visit data |
6. Your rights
